International Rates:

• USPS First Class International (estimated delivery 20 business days - insured but delivery date not guaranteed) $23.00
• USPS EXPRESS International (7-12 business days) - $55.00
• FEDEX International (3-5 business days) - $105.00

General Policy:

• The delivery time for orders are estimates given to us directly from the couriers, and do not take into account holidays and weekends. Cacique Boutique does not guarantee delivery dates. If for some reason your order is delayed in being fulfilled, we will contact you immediately. CB is committed to providing exceptional customer service, and will make every effort to uphold prompt delivery of your order.
• If the client, for any reason, refuses an item for delivery no refund will be provided for the shipping fee and additional charges will apply.

International Policy:

• Cacique Boutique is not responsible for duties, taxes or custom charges with international shipping. It is your responsibility to investigate and understand fees associated with your country. If your country requires an additional postage fee, we will contact you for confirmation of the additional charge. Once the package arrives to the country of destination, it is processed by customs and there may be delays.

Pre-Orders:

• Pre-order dates are estimated by the vendor. We do not guarantee the ship date for pre-order items.
• Domestic & International orders with pre-order items of varying dates will ship when the entire order is complete, unless otherwise requested. Additional shipping fees may be requested.
